Stage 4: Management Interview

If you pass the technical interview stage, an interview with the appropriate Readify State Manager is conducted. In most cases this is a face-to-face interview, however may be by phone if you are applying from overseas or another state. This interview will give you an insight into how your region operates and the type of clients Readify works with in that region.
