Stage 3: Technical Interview

The Readify technical interview is conducted by one of our Senior Consultants and consists of a technical conversation and a live debugging test. For this, we use screen sharing.

During this stage we are assessing how well you work under pressure and how quickly you can identify "bugs" in a real world example. We are also looking at how well you verbally demonstrate your elite understanding of Microsoft technologies.
