Stage 2: Cultural Interview

An interview with a member of our Human Resources team allows us to get a better understanding of your personality, aspirations and whether Readify would be a good match for you at this time. The cultural interview is approximately one hour in duration. This is your opportunity to ask questions about Readify, our processes, policies and procedures.
