Stage 1: Code Review

We supply you with a series of puzzles that require a solution. In Stage 1, we are specifically looking for elegant, maintainable and well documented code. Inclusion of new technology features can be a bonus if it does not compromise the simplicity of the solution. Unit testing is a must.

You will find that there are a series of SharePoint problems as well. These do not need to be addressed unless you are a SharePoint expert or just enjoy puzzles. Your code is reviewed by the Senior Consulting team within Readify and feedback is provided.

This stage also involves completing a set of cultural interview questions and filling out a skills matrix table in order to give us a greater understanding of your personality and the range and depth of your technical skills.
