As a guide, we have documented our four stage recruitment process which will provide you with more background and insight into how we recruit. Our recruitment process is primarily focused around peer review and it allows you the opportunity to meet some of our key consultants and get feedback. The process is very challenging and consists of several stages, all of which are geared to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate that you are ready for Readify.
