Beginning her own career in IT as developer over 30 years ago, Toni-anne understands the unique requirements that Human Resources need to provide to a fast growing and innovative company like Readify.

Prior to joining Readify, Toni-anne had spent 20 years at the helm of a Human Resources Consulting firm that offered training, recruitment, performance management and redundancy services to large national and multinational organisations, along with regional businesses and local government.

With a strong focus on providing a work environment that is not only productive but enjoyable, Toni-anne drove Readify's commitment to being a Great Place to Work.
