Jessica completed her Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours) in 2005 before commencing her Doctor of Psychology in 2006 and attaining full registration as a Psychologist. Prior to Readify, Jessica worked in both a research and clinical capacity within the public mental health sector predominantly, as well as working part-time in Human Resources.

Initially joining Readify in 2008 as part-time Human Resource Administrative Assistant, Jessica assumed a full-time role as Recruitment Manager in 2010. After successfully managing the recruitment process for over 12 months, Jessica moved into the role of Organisational Development Manager in 2011.

Jessica works closely with the Readify Management team and Consulting body alike to continue to build on the performance and wellbeing of the organisation and its people. Jessica has worked collaboratively to establish and develop the Readify employee welfare program, and facilitated Readify's national participation in the 2010 and 2011 RUOK? Day workplace initiative. Jessica has a strong focus on maintaining a workplace that actively promotes employee wellbeing across all areas of personal and professional life.
