Faith has worked within the ICT industry for more than twelve years. Her extensive experience covers a wide range of private and public companies, and franchised entities (ranging from SME's to global corporations such as Microsoft), as well as her own start-up. Her adaptability, drive and commitment have seen her succeed in a number of different roles - from sales and marketing, strategic HR consulting, channel management and partner development to General Management positions.

Initially joining Readify in 2007 as the National Training Manager, Faith has held several roles within the company and in 2008, established the Readify Queensland state office. In February 2010 she took over managing Readify's Western Australia and South Australia regions, in December 2010 was promoted to National Sales Director and in April 2012 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Faith is a strong supporter of the ICT and broader community and is the current Vice Chair of Queensland .NET. She has also held previous positions as a committee member of the Independent Association of Microsoft Certified Partners and committee member of Women in Technology (WiT) and President of Queensland University of Technology's Q-Step Program.

In 2009, Faith was a state nominee in the Queensland 2009 Pearcey Awards, and in 2010 was a finalist in the WiT ICT Outstanding Achievement Awards.
