Graeme is a Senior Consultant with over 13 years of commercial experience. He has consulted for a wide range of corporate clients including Ernst & Young, Rio Tinto, British Telecom and the UK Prime Minister's Office, and has consistently produced software meeting end-user expectations.

He has presented the Readify .Net 3.5 and Professional WCF courses, spoken at Readify RDN, and achieved Certified Scrum Master certification. He recently worked for a leading Australian Bank on a new WPF / WCF Smart Client Development and delivered a presentation to the local .Net Community based on his experiences of using the Composite Application Block.

He is passionate at improving software processes and has taken the reigns to introduce procedures such as Continuous Integration, Unit Testing and Automated Build and Deployment at recent customers. He is also a keen follower of emerging technologies.
