Aaron is a seasoned web developer, Readify Technical Specialist (Web) and Microsoft MVP for Internet Explorer (Development). Aaron's focus in the ASP.Net sphere includes WebForms and ASP.Net MVC, as well as a string focus on client-side technologies such as CSS, JavaScript and HTML5.

In addition to commercial software development work, Aaron has a strong focus on community and Open Source development, running several Open Source projects as well as being a contributor to the Umbraco CMS project and heavily involved in the architectural design of the next major Umbraco release. At MIX11 Aaron presented another Open Source project, FunnelWeb (a developer targeted blog engine), during the Open Source Fest event.

Aaron has presented at several conferences in both Australia and Europe on the topic of Umbraco and unit testing, as well as co-presenting Readify's Web Developer Day in Q1 2011. He was also the co-organiser of the inaugural DeveloperDeveloperDeveloper (DDD) Sydney event in 2010.
