We are thrilled to announce that Readify Senior Consultant, June Tabadero was recently presented with a 2011 Microsoft "Most Valuable Professional" (MVP) Award. June was awarded MVP status for "Connected Systems Developer" (find out more at: https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/communities/mvp.aspx?name=Demetrio+Tabadero).
This now takes Readify's Microsoft MVP pool to a total of 12 people within our consulting team, which includes MVP awards in Microsoft Visual Studio ALM, ASP.NET/IIS, XNA/ DirectX, Windows Azure, Client Application Development, Connected Systems Developer, Internet Explorer and VSTO.
The MVP Award is a formal acknowledgement by Microsoft and is given out to professionals who are nominated by other technical community members, current and former MVPs, and Microsoft personnel who have noted their leadership and their willingness and ability to help others make the most of their Microsoft technology.
To receive the Microsoft MVP Award, nominees undergo a rigorous review process which includes members of the MVP team and Microsoft product groups. This review panel evaluates the nominee's technical expertise and voluntary community contributions over the past 12 months and considers all aspects from the quality, quantity, and level of impact of the MVP nominee's contributions.
MVPs are independent of Microsoft, with separate opinions and perspectives, and are able to represent the views of the community members with whom they engage every day. MVPs are passionate about improving technology. From beta testing to helping Microsoft identify real-world customer needs, MVPs offer amazing contributions with great dedication. And they answer millions of questions each year from technology users around the world. Through all of this, MVPs help keep Microsoft in touch with customer needs as they actively work within the user communities surrounding their products to share their knowledge and expertise with other Microsoft customers.
