Whilst other partners have begun training their consultants on Azure, Readify is proud to be the first Australian organisation to develop enterprise applications on the Windows Azure platform in production. Furthermore, this will be the largest implementation of Azure in the world.

Needs Analysis

A Readify Senior Consultant or Tech Specialist will work with your key stakeholders to scope out the project. Together with your appointed Product Manager we determine the User Stories, estimate how many stories we will develop per iteration, and how many iterations we are likely to need to deliver the fully featured application.

We regularly engage User Experience designers to ensure that we capture less tangible, yet equally important, requirements.

Development

The Readify, or jointly resourced, team then begins developing the system, working closely with the business throughout the development lifecycle. At the end of each iteration you will have deliverable code, working features, and full transparency on outstanding features.
