Training Terms and Conditions

1. Registrations are accepted subject to participants meeting all course pre-requisites. Pre-requisites are detailed on Readify’s course outlines. It is the responsibility of the person authorising a registration to ensure that all course pre-requisites are met.
2. Readify reserves the right to assign alternative Instructors without notice.
3. Readify reserves the right to cancel or defer any course for any reason. In the case where a course is cancelled or deferred, all registered attendees will be contacted and advised of the change/s.
4. Payment must be received the earlier of 14 days from invoice date, or PRIOR to course commencement.
5. Should a client wish to Cancel or Transfer a registration, the following policy will be applied.
   1. 100% of course fee will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 5 working days from course commencement date.
   2. 20% of course fee will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 10 working days from course commencement date.
   3. 20% of course fee will be charged if a booking is transferred within 5 working days from course commencement date.
6. By selecting "Complete Registration" during the registration process, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Upon registering for a course, a Tax Invoice, for the amount of the course plus GST, will be automatically emailed to the Booking Administrator.
8. Registration details cannot be changed online once you click "Complete Registration". Please contact Readify with any changes beyond this point.
