Avoiding Waterfail
Most software developers have worked on a waterfall project at some point in their career. Unfortunately waterfall often turns out to be waterfail. Often the absurdity of waterfall methodologies isn't apparent until you really step back and get someone to explain it to you. In this first episode of "The Project" we introduce Ryan, a new team member, and Pat, a seasoned waterfail project veteran.

The key is to encourage the organisation as a whole to reset that default. We can help!
